Tag Folio.  I used Tim Holtz Etcetera tag 4" x 8".  

Simple Stories Vintage Blessings paper.  I purchased

the small notebook from Amazon.  There is room for

15 pictures.  Kathy Clement does have a tutorial on

this.  I changed a few things on mine and I used a

smaller Etcetera tag.
